English Guard Hat

The Queen’s Guard is responsible for guarding the royal residences including Buckingham Palace and St. James Palace. Most people recognized them from their stoic discipline and tall hats. This hat is also known as a Bearskin Hat, due to the fact that they were traditionally made out of bear skin. In addition to the Queen’s Guard these hats are used both historically and as formal uniform wear for military services around the world.

These hats are also perfect for the Winkie Guards in "The Wizard of Oz".
